How do I restore a PRO subscription?
- Sign in to the Shooting Assistant account used for the purchase.
- Open Settings, then Subscription.
- Select Restore Purchases.
Use the same Apple Account or Google account that originally purchased the subscription.
How do I manage or stop my subscription?
Open Settings, select Subscription, then choose Manage Subscription. You can also manage it from your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm the irreversible deletion.
You can also request deletion by e-mail from the address associated with your account.
What happens to exported files?
PDF, backup and .shoot files are created or shared only at your request. Once exported outside Shooting Assistant, their storage, transmission and deletion are your responsibility.
The Live Fire audio does not play. What should I check?
Check the device volume, silent mode, connected Bluetooth equipment and the selected Shooting Assistant audio settings. Always verify the timer and signal before beginning a session.
How are App Store refunds handled?
Purchases and refunds made through the App Store are managed by Apple. Eligibility is determined under Apple policies and applicable law. Requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy Policy

1. Data controller and contact
Shooting Assistant is published by ATTILA SAS. Privacy and data requests can be sent to info@shooting-assistant.com.
2. Data we process
- Account data: e-mail address, account identifier, language and authentication state.
- User content: sessions, sequences, weapons, calibers, targets, equipment, observations, objectives and logbook entries.
- Subscription data: product, entitlement and renewal status supplied by Apple, Google or RevenueCat. Shooting Assistant does not receive complete payment-card details.
- Technical and usage data: app version, platform, error information, security events and aggregated usage indicators needed to operate and improve the service.
- Support data: messages and information voluntarily provided when contacting support.
3. Why we process data
Data is processed to authenticate users, synchronize and restore account content, provide Free and PRO access, calculate activity statistics, secure the service, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability. Where applicable, processing relies on performance of the service contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.
4. Service providers
Shooting Assistant uses specialized providers solely to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and cloud data, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, and Apple or Google for store payments. These providers process data under their own security and privacy obligations. International transfers may occur with safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Storage and retention
Operational entries are stored on the device and may be synchronized with the Shooting Assistant cloud service when an account is connected. Data is kept while the account is active and then deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to limited retention needed for security, dispute resolution, accounting or legal compliance.
6. Biometrics
Face ID, Touch ID or Android biometric verification is optional. Biometric templates remain under the control of the device operating system. Shooting Assistant receives only a success or failure result and does not access raw biometric data.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion of personal data. Requests must be sent from the e-mail address associated with the account so identity can be verified. Users may also contact their competent data-protection authority.
8. Security and sensitive information
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter classified information, operational secrets, third-party personal data or any content that you are not authorized to store or synchronize.
9. Children
Shooting Assistant is not directed to children. Minors may only use the service under the supervision and conditions required by applicable law, a responsible adult and the relevant shooting organization.
10. This website
This information page uses no advertising tracker, analytics script or tracking cookie. It loads no third-party script. A mail application opens only when a visitor selects an e-mail link.
Terms of Use
1. Purpose of the service
Shooting Assistant is a planning, timing, calculation and logging aid. It does not provide legal, medical, ballistic or professional advice and does not replace approved training, licensing, certification, supervision, an instructor or a qualified range officer.
2. Authorized and lawful use
Users must comply with all laws, authorizations, range rules and professional instructions applicable in their country and location. Rules issued by authorities, employers, armed forces, security organizations, federations, clubs, ranges and range officers always take precedence over information or signals provided by the app.
3. User responsibility
Users must verify every duration, round count, caliber, weapon, target, instruction and calculated requirement before use. They remain responsible for their configuration, decisions, equipment and exported files.
4. Availability and accuracy
Software, device, audio, battery, network, notification, synchronization or data-entry errors may occur. The service is provided on a best-effort basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Subscriptions
PRO subscriptions are offered through the platform store. Prices are displayed before confirmation and may vary by country, tax and currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless stopped through the store account settings before renewal. Access remains available until the end of the paid period. Billing, cancellation and refund handling are governed by the store and applicable law.
6. Standard Apple terms
On Apple platforms, use is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for loss, damage, injury, misuse or regulatory breach resulting from unlawful use, incorrect configuration or exclusive reliance on the application. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
The service, prices and these terms may evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the app, this page or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated terms, without limiting mandatory rights.
Safety Notice
Operational warning
Shooting Assistant is not a safety device, a firing authorization or a substitute for human supervision. Never rely exclusively on a timer, sound, displayed value or session plan to make a safety decision.
Applicable law comes first
National and local law is the primary reference. Use is limited to lawful, authorized activity in a suitable environment.
Safe handling remains the user's responsibility
Always follow the fundamental rules of firearm safety, range commands and competent supervision. The user remains responsible for the condition, handling, storage and transport of firearms and ammunition, and for their physical and mental fitness.
Stop when unsafe
Stop immediately if any condition, command, device behavior or displayed information appears unsafe, inconsistent or incorrect.
Account Deletion
Delete directly in the app
Open Settings, select Delete Account, then confirm the irreversible action. This removes the account and associated cloud data from the active service. Local account data is removed from the device during the operation.
Request deletion by e-mail
Send a request to info@shooting-assistant.com from the e-mail address associated with the account. Additional verification may be required to protect the account.
Important consequences
Account deletion cannot be undone. Exported files and copies previously shared outside the app are not controlled by Shooting Assistant and must be deleted by the user or their recipients. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; subscriptions must also be managed through Apple or Google account settings.
